Butter is an essential ingredient to make cakes, pastries, sauces, and soups.


Anhydrous milk fat is a concentrated butter made from fresh cream that is 99.8% pure butterfat with no additives. We can supply AMF in 12.5kg and 25kg cartons, 200kg drums, 1 tonne totes with 220V heater mats, and in bulk tankers. AMF is used as a food ingredient to make chocolate, ice cream, and spreadable kinds of butter.

Specifications: Product obtained from pasteurized milk cream by mean of almost total elimination of water and non-fatty solids,

following the proper technological processes in order to achieve the purity grade required.

Packing: 16 kgs. Boxes / 190 kg. drums.

Storage: The product should be stored at a temperature ambient (aprox. 20°C), avoiding direct sun light. The conservation conditions are improved at refrigeration temperatures between 4°
